Useful guide
I brought this guide to help me understand my back complaint better and it is full of explanations and tips on how and why back issues arise and how to handle it. Although brief it allowed me to identify my concerns and how it can be treated - great little read

Great little system
Totally worth the cost and very consistent, takes a while to establish a connection to satellites but when it does it works very well quickly recaluating routes if you change/go off course.
Small enough to keep anywhere.

Nice Coatigan
With the current trend of coatigans on the high street this one has some additional features of the detachable faux fur collar and the fully lined interior which add a more coat feel to the hybrid yet it is still light enough to have the cardigan feel. Nice little outerwear garament!
