This is the most helpful book on yoga I have ever read.
This is a very valuable little book. It's enormously easy to follow. It has encouraging tips on the value of each movement. One thing I really love about it are the little comments about people who have persevered with particular movements and managed to do them in due course.
Barbara Currie did an outstanding job on this book. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to increase their flexibility and strength.

Colourful
Gorgeous colours, nice and bright, lovely to work with, and the pieces fit together nicely. I have really enjoyed working with this puzzle.

Fabulous all-purpose knives
I love the bright modern colour of these knives. I have purchased this knife before and they maintain their sharpness for a very long time. They cut tomatoes just as well as they cut steak, which makes them a great all-purpose knife. Hubby and I use them more than any other knife in the kitchen.
