This book does not teach simplicity.
I was looking for recipes that had you put everything into the rice cooked and walk away while it cooked. But a lot of the recipes in this book requires using sauce pans and frying pans to cook onions and other vegetables while the rice is cooking in the rice cooker. Then you add these side items to the rice. I just wanted something simple.
