3rd times the charm?
I've ordered this book twice and both times I received the history of Afghanistan. I give up. Not sure what the glitch is, but it keeps occurring. I can tell you that our library has a swinging Afghanistan collection from my donations.

Disappointing- but I should have known better
0 von 1 finden das hilfreich I collect Bond soundtracks (among others)and couldn't recall the music from this film so ordered the soundtrack. After I played it I knew why I hadn't remembered it. Its uninspiring and dull. Hope the Quantum of Solace soundtrack does better.

Power packed information book about England and Ireland
Powerful punch packed factomania!
I was looking for a book where a lot of info was packed into a chapter on each of the counties in England (for genealogy study). This book nailed it.
It covers politics, maps, attractions, population, history, etc. GREAT REFERENCE. It's not a small book though, but worth every penny. It's not a sit and read book (small print and it would be too confusing) but if you want to know, its probably in here, sans tube maps and ads.
