Even teens can cook with flair!
I enjoy watching Chef Marcus Samuelsson on PBS WHRO in No Passport Required. I have learned so much from these shows. But the cookbook is amazing, it will give me and a young chef my niece an opportunity to replicate his great eats.One day I will take a trip to NYC to eat at his restaurant.
