Completely deflated
I bought this so I had a small compact bed to use in my camper as a spare bed if needed. On arrival I unpacked and was completely underwhelmed!
Self deflating more like. So not buy! A yoga roll mat is more useful than this.

Good quality physio ball
Exactly what it says on the tin I use it for both office seating and exercise.

Game changer!
I have arthritis from rsi in my hands which means my grip is weak. Today i used these for the first time in the gym. It was a game changer! From free weights and the machines i was able to intimidate the strength in my arms and back without being let down by my hands! The only down side is lack of padding. For this reason only i have given a 4*. I will also be searching for the same product that has the padding required so they are more gentle on the wrists. In the mean time though these are great. I'm so glad I tried them!
