I decided to purchase this phone due to a long awaited upgrade to a GSM network. I liked the idea of having a touchscreen keyboard with a virtual keyboard option. The internal memory is large enough to forget about the lack of an external slot. Overall the functionality of this phone is off the charts compared to an iphone as well as a blackberry. I'm a former blackberry user and this is definitely the phone to go if you plan on switching to any smart phone.
