Elvis Rocks Aloha from Hawaii 1973
This concert was one of the biggest highlights of Elvis career and for good reason, this is the concert that was broadcast right across the world throughout 1973.
This Special Edition DVD shows the complete Aloha from Hawaii concert newly edited from the original master prints to show off the very best possible quality this concert has to offer to include a newly remastered soundtrack for your listening pleasure.
The setlist was a bit of a unique pick of songs even knowing it clocks in at 24songs in total we don't get the normal Elvis songs we have come to expect at his concerts like Heartbreak Hotel, All Shook Up, Don't Be Cruel, Jailhouse Rock etc.
Instead, we get an amazing mix of cover songs like The Beatles Something, Chuck Berry Johnny B. Goode and my favourite Elvis cover Fever.
However don't worry die-hard Elvis fans will be glad to know he didn't forget to include some of his classic hits like Hound Dog, Suspicious Minds, Can't Help Falling In Love and Burning Love just to name a few.
You can see why this concert was all the hype of 1973.
If your a fan of Elvis or even a fan of Rock and Roll this DVD is a no-brainer also includes 5 unique post-concert songs that Elvis performed early hours of the following morning to be included in the American Broadcast of the concert. If that's not enough you search your DVD you will find a nice added easter egg which includes the two press conferences Elvis did to promote the concert which is a nice added bonus.
I love it and really can't say anymore apart from if you want to see Elvis at his best get this concert you won't regret it.
So sit back relax and enjoy Elvis Live 1973.
