Poor quality wallpaper
We used a professional decorator to do our whole house and this was the only wallpaper that was like this. When we sent pictures and asked for a refund it was apparently the fault of the application. But we know it was the wallpaper. We had to take it off the wall in the end as it was so bad even the colour was lost in places.
