Fun, easy to use, sturdy
This core trainer is a great way to gamify your workout. Easy and fun to use. I weigh over 200# and I feel it is plenty sturdy for me. Like any piece of exercise equipment, you get out of it what you put into it.

Better than the origibal
This lid is thicker and more sturdy than the one that came with the popper. I’m very happy with it.

Love the quad timer.
Durable, lasts weeks on a single charge. With the quad timer, there is a slight pause every 30 seconds to let you know it's time to change quadrants in your mouth. Feels unnatural at first, but within a few uses, you get comfortable with it, especially when you consider it's doing a much better job of cleaning your teeth.
