    Item tracking said “USPS awaiting item” for weeks. Seller initially responded and said they’d look into the issue, then went silent. Hope fully they are ok… have to wait an obnoxiously long time to even ask eBay to step in to process a refund. Just sitting here waiting and waiting to get my money back for an item that never arrived.

Not enough phone got my teenager
My 16 year old needed a phone to keep in touch. He didn't think he necessarily needed a smartphone with a touchscreen. He wanted durable, borderline indestructible. So after a lot of research, I bought this. I didn't think it even connected to the internet, which is fine. He didn't think he even wanted to have a smartphone. Just a phone to be able to touch base. Turns out, it does connect to the internet, it is extremely difficult to navigate, and in a couple of his classes, he did need a tool to do research. This is definitely not good for that. So I figured out a way to get get a phone that more closely met his actual needs, which actually meant changing his phone number. So now this one is living on the kitchen table.
