Review
A short book - not theologically heavy, but it has some good points for beginners who are initiating.

Review (good teeth to begin with)

My teeth were already pretty white naturally (I keep very good care of them), but had some slight yellow tinges around the edges specifically. My teeth did get (noticeably) a shade or two whiter, but not even really close to pearly whites. This is while using 2 individual strip packages/day, keeping them on for 1 hour/day each (twice as long as recommended), maintaining good tooth hygiene (always), and avoiding all staining beverages (tea, soda, alcohol, etc). No problem with sensitivity, although there was a strange metallic taste in my mouth for a few days towards the end. Grip on professional effects was very good (Luxe had awful grip), and I believe that about covers it. Still hoping maybe I can get shiny pure whites.
