Good read for bridge players.
Interesting book on bridge, with many examples of play and bidding, interwoven with humour associated with various characters, like the 'Hideous Hog', who contrives never to be dummy, and 'Rueful Rabbit', whose luck seems to compensate for his poor bridge ability.

Great literature
Pushkin's stories in this book range from the whimsical to the dramatic, always with rich character development and cultural background (Tsarist Russia/ Catherine The Great/The Pugachev revolution).
