  I purchased several items from this seller and when asked for shipping refund she said she did not know how to issue one. Seller has been selling on Ebay since 2000. She did not want to give a shipping refund which I would have given after seeing the three items purchased within the same day before shipping. After explaining this issue she finally gave a shipping discount. Not worried about the money as much as I did about the principal of the sales from seller.

  I'm really telling the truth about not knowing how to refund shipping charges. And I told the buyer that. So she told me how to do it and then I did. I just recently went thru Chemotherapy for Breast Cancer within the last year and I hadn't sold on ebay for nearly a year, and I honestly forgot how! Anyway...I already apologized for causing her all that stress...what more can I do????
