Identical to the original.
Comes in two parts, the rubber eye cap and the plastic piece that slots over the viewfinder. Somehow the original rubber cap went missing and now my EOS 650D is complete.

Replaced MIP Generation 1 bell push.
The instructions list the generations by batch number ranges and my 7 year old handbag shaped doorbell is the first generation. All chime units with batch number 24305 onwards are backward compatible with the new push.
Linking the two was easy and clearly described, and sticking the push to the door frame with the double sided adhesive completed the job. Two screws are included as an alternative.
The push appears to be better made than the old one that fell victim to the elements.

Handsome Clock
Describing it as “jumbo” is stretching it, but the display is large and clear. Inserting the batteries, not supplied, starts the synchronisation but the first try failed. After mounting on the wall and pressing the button then it worked a treat. The display shows the phase of the moon which I will just have to take as correct because it is pouring down. Also it has temperature you can change from Celsius to Fahrenheit if you wish. I don’t have to worry about when we switch from between BST and GMT for this clock and being digital means it won’t annoy light sleepers in the bedroom where it is mounted.
