Thetford 12836 Slide EZ valve
Great OEM build and quality. Includes the floor seal ring between the toilet and the floor flange. Thetford advises if lubricating the interior rubber ring that seals the plastic slide when you close the valve, then use only silicone grease. My original valve failed at this interior rubber ring
, so yearly cleaning of adjacent debris and then regreasing will insure easy smooth operation and a long life. There are 4 new screws included to attach the valve to bottom of toilet. I recommend you tighten these evenly and slowly in the same repeating pattern, just like installing a car wheel
