  Item never arrived. Seller did not send item tracked only 2nd hand postage. She put this number in tracking information incorrectly. Had to persue a case through Ebay. Seller defensive, unsympathetic and unhelpful. Will not use again.

  I have repeatedly sent you the Royal Mail label number, not sure what else you expect me to do. it is out of my control once I have dispatched. using Down syndrome family members as an excuse to make me feel bad is disgusting.

  AVOID! eBay said estimated arrival date 17th June didn’t arrive messaged seller which advised was sent on the 16th June due to 3 day turn around which is fair enough. But then I receive today and see it hadn’t even been sent until the 19th June. Wasted money! Wouldn’t mind if had been advised and not lied to!

  Item was admittedly in good condition but seller did not dispatch promptly and needed to be asked at least three times. Gave a reason for not sending when I asked Ebay to step in but could all have been avoided with any communication. Cannot recommend.

  We contacted you regarding a problem with your business postal address. We sent the item on time, however courier could not deliver to your business address and the item was returned to me. Then out of my own pocket I resent the item to your home address, which you have received the item and stated its as described. This feedback is unfair when I did everything in my power to get the item to you, costing me £20 in postage.
