  Received the laptop in good packaging. It seems to be in like-new condition. The description did not include whether the charging cord was included or not. It was not, but fortunately I have one. Good value nonetheless.

  item arrived 2 days EARLY at xmas time WOW, seller is superbly professional and very thorough- used HP laptop in superb condition- well refurbished. If you need refurbished electronics i suggest you add Mr C D Whisky to your fave seller list like I did. Item packed perfectly- one of the best deals I have ever gotten in 25 years on ebay.

  Prompt shipping, item as described...however computer system memory should be packaged a little better for shipping. Antistatic bag SHOULD be considered necessary, and placing memory in a little wedge of cardboard would be great to keep stresses from affecting the memory in shipping. Bubble wrap around memory is bad, static-ee. In good faith, I figure the seller just doesn't know. Lose 1 star for "Item Condition: Used". Still a good transaction, thanks!
