52 Pretty Aids to Self Care for Women
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Cheryl Richardson's Self Care Cards are a set of 52 cards illustrating words suggesting ideas and actions that promote relaxation and natural healing. A similar set of Grace Cards is also available. The cards are more than twice as big as standard playing cards and the color palette is either pinkish or purplish pastel with a distinctly New Age style of drawing and choice of image. They are designed to appeal to women. There are several ways to use them: drawing a card for a suggestion that may meet an emotional need, enclosing a card in a letter or with a gift, leaving them around as surprises for others. Apparently some women leave them in the pockets of clothes passed on to charities. Others enclose them with checks when they pay bills! These little acts of generosity are at least pleasing to the giver - the reaction of the recipients is unknown to me: it may depend a lot on their mindset. The most important limitation is their strictly feminine appeal. I bought them to use with clients in spirituality groups, and they are useful only if all the participants are women, which rarely happens. But they add a nice playful touch to many womens' activities.

Reliable quality classic
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This is a scent that deserves to become a classic. I have been using it since 1977 when I got a free bottle at a scientific conference in France. To me it is one of the best of traditional French perfumes, in the same category as Chanel No. 5.

Perfect for the whole house
O like unobtrusive, clear plastic bags in the waste paper baskets and small trash cans all over the house, including bedrooms bathroom, study, library, etc. These fit quite a range of moderate sizes (I would say any can or basket smaller than a tall kitchen bin), and they are sturdy enough for most things any would think of discarding in those places. Sometimes this size is hard to find in the local supermarkets so I am glad to have bought 1000 for a reasonable price.
