Buy, Try & Fry.
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Recipes, when mushrooms are a key ingredient Shiitake inevitably appear and I would shy away & just use the usual box you pick up from Sainsbury's.
I thought of it as adventure, buy, try & fry!
So I did.
Risotto is fantastic & the daal I made was better than usual.
Great company to deal with, I have gone back and bought more.

Screen protector of all screen protectors!
You get these things, you open them, all seems simple enough, then all your fingers turn into thumbs, then into sausages. You cannot grip, everything sticks, nothing looks right, then when it seems sorted, you give up, surrender your phone, have a good night sleep & the next day - honestly, everything is ok!
I am well pleased & impressed.

Reading Simon's words make you hungry, you look at the clock & ask yourself, 'have I time to dash to the shops to get these ingredients?'.
This book inspires good cooking, it makes you hungry.
