  I did receive a refund less the shipping return fee which I don't feel was justified. In their Description they say "Pictures are of the actual item.This is a universal replacement - if your burner looks like this one, it will fit!" Well based on this statement I purchased this item it did not fit my Hotpoint even though the burner looked exactly like their picture. As a minimum they need to revise this statement or delete it. This is why I can't give a 5 star rating for this product.

  Hello! If the burner did not fit, clearly there was a difference between yours and what we sent. On the refund issue, it's all automated. eBay authorizes the return, sends you the shipping label, and when their system shows that the item was returned, they take the money from our bank account and give it to you. We have NO SAY in this process, the return reason, the refund money, all of it is between you and eBay - BTW, not many buyers know this so it's understandable you feel this way.
