The item did not work when I tried it, it is a used electronics item which apparently had been tried before I received it. As the item didn t work plus no returns policy I sent a negative report ( i thought that s what you do if the item is faulty ) I now know you should message the seller first to see if the problem can be resolved of which a full refund offered.

Excellent Replacement, Fitted Perfectly
Exact Replacement - for the 1st time in a long time we can flush the toilet without fear of the button not coming back up! Took about 1 minute to replace, exact fit, really happy and so is the family, hopefully many years of carefree happy flushing ahead.

Knives are good, forks are rubbish - TRUTH
You get what you pay for, the knives are good but the forks are rubbish! Forks are like one step up from plastic throwaway cutlery. Saving grace was that is was cheap and you do get what you pay for.

Excellent Product, So Simple and Modern, Great Upgrade.
I have been putting this job off for over 2 years! Tried to get a plumber in but no one was interested so I took the plunge, saw this on line and ordered it. Removing the old one was a pain and the waste definitely needed a clean! Fitting this was so simple, absolutely love it, works perfectly and so glad I choose this product and fitted it without paying for a plumber.
