  My order was canceled due to to the seller making a mistake in the listing. It was reasonable due to the circumstance but I would have perfered there be some kind of communication before the cancel instead of after. It wasn't negative though because the seller did refund me quickly and wholehearted did apologize for having to cancel it. I would consider buying from this seller again despite this experience.
