Cheap, but good
I have used a Troy Bilt Tiller for over 40 years. I have tried the hard-faced tines, but they have a harder time going thru the hard soil.
These, without the hard-facing won't last as long, but they pulverize the soil better and they aren't as expensive as the hard-faced ones.

Lightweight, but still good
When I first opened it, it seemed kind of flimsy and thin. But it has proven to stand up to the weather. It's not your 5 year canvas cover by any means, but I would expect to get 1-2 yrs. out of it. For the money, it's a good value and does the job, keeps the mower clean and out of the elements from the sun, wind and rain.
