Pillowcases are so thin and sheer that you can see the print of the pillow patters beneath the case. When you first lay your head on the pillow, you can feel the coolness. But since it is so thin, that coolness only lasts about a minute. If they were thicker, probably would be better.

Works great
Item works just great. But I did have to attach my own hoses. Good thing I still had them from the old unit.

Good job
Just does a fantastic job. But could use a little better explanation in manual about how to cook brown rice; definitely needs more time than white rice. Does a great job at deep frying.
