A real eye opener
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I have tried many diets. Lost and gained it back plus some. This is not a diet. It's a new way of eating period. I have shed 16 pounds so far. I find myself not hungry and able to eat things I like . This to me is an eye opener, yes there are many things I use to eat that after reading this book, I choose not to .
