Very nice controls
I have installed 10 of these units in operation for about a year and they appear to be very reliable. You just have to get used to not using the switch to turn the lights on. One benefit is that the fan control is easy and they help my wife avoid hurting her arms by reaching up to control the fan operation. Sometimes its nice to take the remote with you into the room too, just need to be sure to return it afterwards.

Accurate readings for extension cord loads...is it overloaded? I don't have to guess anymore.
