The book eventually arrived 9 days later than expected and after I had purchased another copy. No communication whatsoever to inform me it would be arriving late. I will not be returning the book as I am not hopeful of a refund so it will be going to a charity shop. The worst experience in 16 years of using Ebay!!!!!
