Works OK
It's quiet and does a great job cleaning the area it touches. The problem is that the coverage area it controlled by the bend and flex of the hose. When it moves towards the origin of the hose, the pressure on the bent hose pushes the direction away again. After hours and hours of running it seems to sort of just follow an in-and-out figure 8 pattern leaving much of the pool untouched. I have tried adjusting the angle, pressure, and hose length but seem to get the same results. I have a circular pool, possibly other shapes may be different.

Great buy!!
These are an awesome value for the money. They work great! I don't know about the life span obviously but I'm very with my buy. Install took 5 minutes and the right standard tools.

So far so good.
It is great to have individual control over two dogs without having to switch any settings. This has a pretty hard vibrate that grabs their attention so like other comments there hasn't been a need to shock. Also like other comments, just putting the collars onseems to do the trick. I will say I did shock myself though testing and there is a huge difference between the low and high shock. I guess it's there if you really need it. Build quality is good and I like that the device goes into a sleep mode when they are not moving. The red light is nice too at night time. Collar charge last at least all day and we have not tested battery life to full fail. I will say another huge plus is the remote takes an easy to find 9 volt battery and not one of those strange batteries that you can only buy online. This is a great buy!
