Self Help is a Book Away
The book in itself is filled with help for addiction but it can be applied to many other facets of one's life. The condition of the book was great.

2 years and counting
Wasn't sure if this was a durable watch but I've been wearing it in a construction environment and the battery indicator still says "Hi". Pretty much beat the heck out of it and aside from the print being rubbed off it is worth the price even if it dies tomorrow. I'm a little skittish about submerging it in water since my research suggested avoiding the waterproof challenge. I liked this watch enough to buy another a year after I purchased the first just as a back up.
