Small flash works magic

Great price and quality!
I bought this after reading several previous reviews. I thought this was a listen only, but after reading it came with a mic as well, i thought it was too good to be true! This is easily up there right with the $80 earpieces. Mic works great, Motorola quick release makes removing the radio from the earpiece a breeze. Only thing I recommend is getting a custom molded earpiece to replace the mushroom! But those are only a couple bucks off Amazon. This earpiece system is a great deal, definitely recommend it. Can't beat it
