Namaste with it!
I gave this book to my schools's Mindfulness teacher, and she LOVED IT! She said she'd been looking for something like this that had activities to do so she could vary her instruction with students by engaging them in different ways - besides having them do the physical movements. She was so happy to receive this gift.

An "a-Doll"-able Role Model
I'm happy to have found a positive doll role model that I can share with youngsters as a motivation for them to lend their voices and efforts to address concerns they may have about what they deem important. I'm a retired educator and have always believed that we should harness the super powers that every child has within them to make a difference in the world... after all the children are the future leaders: "teach them well and let them lead the way" in the words of a popular song.
