  Contacted the seller the day I received it to see if I could return it. I mistakenly ordered an identical one. I thought this one was smaller. Seller got back to me quickly but only to tell me a refund of $11 instead of a full refund. I still had the packaging it was sent in so it would have been returned in same great condition. Elected to keep this duplicate as not worth the additional cost and effort for $11 refund. A bit disappointed, but that was the discretion of the seller.

  Item was sold with buyer paying for shipping and I stated no returns , after receiving a message wishing to return I agreed , however buyer would need to pay for return shipping , I agreed to refund purchase price of the item. I netted a little over $7 on the $11 purchase price so was buyer expecting me to loose $4 on the item plus pay for 2 way shipping for their error ? I am a hobby seller NOT a business that has contracts with shippers . I felt refunding the total purchase price was fair
