great book, its all based on truth
I have had the honor of knowing Bob Doyle for over 40 years and served in Vietnam three tours with him. I read this book and tried to adapt it to our trials while in Nam. What an honorable man he is,and his books show his personality through and through. I enjoyed reading it, living it. If I had to say one bad thing about this book, that would be, its all based on truth and I would not have wanted to have to do the research. Everyone, especially veterans should read this. Bravo

know the author, loved the book. He must have spent several years on the research. Boy Doyle and I were in Vietnam together, honerable and dedicated is the way I would describe him
