Just the book I've needed for 50 years!
Since first getting interested in wild plants in my teens, I've struggled with many of these less conspicuous and more difficult families, and have always preferred the support of a good picture to solely relying on artificial keys. The pictures in this book are simply superlative and already since buying it, I have become much more competent and confident in identification (especially of grasses and sedges). Text and layout are also excellent all round.
