The seller was quick to acknowledge their mistake and make arrangements for a complete refund. However, I had to go to the bother of packaging up the coat and taking it to the Post Office; an unwanted chore on a busy day.

1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Only had a week. Appears to be working fine. Picks up small bits easily from hard surfaces and works well on carpets, and appears to clean more extensively than when I have used my old V8.
