Even is you are in shape this is a good workout
I am a hiker and this workout causes me to breathe heavy and sparkle a lot. I like that Jessica incorporates moves that looses muscles that naturally get tight when walking. I also like that I can select the miles that I want to do and the order. Great warm up and cool down included.

Just like a camelbak
Nowhere on the product does it say Camelbak but it performs like a Camelbak. It does not leak! Easy to us.
