Quick & Easy Guide!
Good starter book: covers a variety of foods and has excellent quick-reference guides. Plus it is beautifully illustrated.

What it's like to find out about and actively grow your own food...the REAL kind.
I am a fan of Barbara Kingsolver's writing, have been for decades! This book she has written from her own experiences of moving to a farm and growing/ producing her and her families food, and all the experiences that went with this life choice. Though written as an autobiographical non-fiction, Barbara's style and personality shine in her selection of words, it's like being a part of their journey. I'm still reading, and enjoying!!
