A must-have for MP-24 owners
The replacement joints work very well to make the limbs hold their angle. After installing and testing, I noticed that the set's little white pieces that go inside the crotch make the legs' forward and backwards ratchets TOO tight, so I just left the original ones in and it worked wonders.
Another thing I wanted to point out is that the replacement springs that go in the knees were not wide enough to fit around the posts. These 2 springs were actually the same size as the 4 that came in the other baggie, so that may have been an issue on my particular copy, but leaving the original springs works well enough.
Finally, Star Saber finally has an appropriately long sword, and not the butter knife Takara made for him, haha.

It's nice to build old school Bionicle again!
Very fun build, good colors, stable articulations and meaty limbs (hehe). The only negatives are that the chest and back are too thin and do not have volume to them, and that was something normal for Bionicle G1 but it hasn't aged well after seeing the better engineering and proportions found in Bionicle G2 figures. The neck may sit a little bit too in the front as well.
