Just the right size and weight
These glasses were just what I'd been looking for. They are just the right size (13 Fl oz) with a nice weighted base and what appears to be a good thickness of glass to withstand daily use.

Stainless but short
5 von 6 finden das hilfreich I bought these stainless steel clothes pegs as some of my older plastic pegs were starting to get brittle and snap.
Although I like the idea of stainless pegs and (hopefully) no rust, I don't find them as easy to use as "normal" pegs (plastic or wooden).
The pegs are quite short, about 2/3 the length of a "normal" peg. This means you need to apply greater pressure to open them as the leverage is reduced. The surface of the stainless pegs is also quite smooth and it can sometimes lead to them slipping, especially with damp or wet hands.
On the plus side, they have a good strong grip and the plastic inserts probably do something good too. If they haven't rusted by the end of the winter, I'll award them another star.

Mira Response Shower Hose
I bought this product to replace an identical one which had split near the shower head. It was about 4-5 years old.
The new hose seems VERY stiff in comparison to the old one. Maybe it will soften and become more flexible in time. It seems a quality product and most importantly, it has the wide bore hose which I need for my gravity fed shower.
