Convenient & Useful
Definitely a good investment! I use my electric smoker quite often. I was constantly needing to go outside to check the smoker & meat temperatures. With this unit, I can monitor both without stopping whatever I am doing to check on things. Also, with the food probe, there is no need to lift the lid; avoiding losing heat and extending the cooking time.
The accuracy seemed spot on. Many times before using this product, I had overcooked foods to ensure proper food temperature. I used this on boneless chicken breasts. Never had attempted this and was afraid that the small, individual breasts would come out tough & dry. Using the monitor, I was able to determine the exact internal temperature. They turned out perfect!

Good Stuff!
I've been experimenting with a lot of hair products lately & American Crew is hands down my favorite! It took me awhile to figure out that you TRULY need just a tiny bit to get good results.

A Lot of Great Ideas!
When the cookbook first arrived, I was a bit disappointed. It seemed too small to be of any real use. Once I started thumbing through it, I realized my first impression was wrong. Lots of great recipes and other helpful hints! I'm quite certain that I'll be using this book quite often!
