What i found...
I liked the light when ordering. During installation do not tighten them to much (like i did) because you will break the housing. there seems to be lack of support through the mounting holes so when you tighten it down you will break the plastic where the screw head rests instead of getting a nice watertight seal. Since the plastic flexes you cannot be sure you are bottomed out or not... After installation the lens looks bubbly because the lights are set pretty far back in the housing.

Easy to install
It is easy to install (Easier with the zip ties than the wire which they provide both). In the picture it shows them on the outside of the grill but i found it more pleasing to the eye being attatched from behind the grill. the black zip ties blend well with the current grill. Number 2 Phillips Screwdriver and a 10mm socket i belive is all thats required to remove the grill.
