French cuisine explained
French cuisine explained in plain terms and great detail. The instructor starts with a presentation of the ideology behind French cuisine, then progresses to tools and then starts in with various cooking methods while making dishes. He does not give quantities very often in his dishes so it is up to the viewer to make assumptions. He is cooking to taste-his taste. He wants to train you to do the same.

Love this machine
Very quickly have soft serve style ice cream without the noise of a mixer attachment. Do not over fill. Make sure to use recipes sized for this machine and stop and remove excess if you find it starting to overflow. Whipped cream expands quickly. I store the freezer bowl in my freezer covered in bubble wrap. Pure ice cream with no extra chemicals.
