Something old made new
This is an unusual cookbook, offering recipes for less common foods. After so many cookbooks, the company gives a new twist, along white a few classics. The text does contain a history of the company and a selection of their previous books.

A great starter recipe book
The recipes are a fantastic way to explore the potential of this amazing product. The basics are covered for breads, breakfasts, drinks, sauces, entrees, and desserts.
The portions are often small thus making them very scalable for larger crowds, or perfect for a small serving.
