Helpful
Have physical limitations so have difficulty exercising. This works

Very efficient and comfortable to use
I had one like this and left it for my daughter when I visited her house and wanted another for myself. This one was even better than the original one I had. It is lighter so easier for arthritic hands. Very pleased with it.
