Not positive. We 100% had an issue shipping due so it was delayed. Apologized and offered an additional second book too. He knew it was being shipping but he is an apparently unhappy complainer and seemingly vindictive too. I’m glad we saw the feedback as we were shipping it so we didn’t send extra merch!
