Shipping shouldn't cost this much!
The dishes are very nice and I own a set of plates, cups, and most of the accessories, so I know what it should cost to ship these.

Thick and cushy
I went ahead and ordered the 3" thick pad, against the manufacture's advice. I weigh 140 lbs. and my husband weighs 170. I was glad I got the thicker pad because it is more cushy. It is firm enough that I don't feel like I sink into it too far, but firm enough to provide support. I let it air out and "fluff out" in an unused guest room for a week, which worked fine. I would order this again.
