A Bit of a Heroic Let Down
The Legend of Hercules was a typical adventure, heroic film. In that sense as light entertainment it was ok. It was pathetically untrue to the actual Greek legend and myth. The writer's attempt to "modernize" it for today's youthful audience was obvious. So if you are looking for something that follows the actual Greek myth, you will be sorely disappointed. If I were to give it a grade for entertainment, I will give it a "C", for actually following the storyline, I will give it a "D---".
