Totally magic
I’m doing this book in my online bookclub with Francesca Amber and it is brilliant.
I was put on antidepressants 6 weeks ago (last year was really grim) and this book has lifted me so high. Gratitude for the simple things like my morning coffee big things like living in a country where we are free and not at war.
Highly recommend this if you want to change your life.

Great value
This is fantastic as I’m a contact lens wearer and can’t use oily removers. Price is great. Used to use body shop camomile but got too expensive
