Great i pod
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I didn't want a touch screen, I like the click wheel. My old ipod nano got stolen, so it was time for a new one. I wanted lots of storage space, a good battery life, and great sound quality. I read reviews from lots of different models and landed on this one. It arrived, I've been using it almost daily for two weeks (only had to charge it once or twice in that time) and I'm very happy with it! Put alllll my music on and still have most of the storage space empty!

Excellent book with helpful info
Very helpful book that sums up polyvagal theory in layman's terms and is accessible to ordinary people and practitioners alike. I have been using the exercises daily and telling everyone I know about it. My chiropractor even noticed a difference in my spinal alignment since starting the exercises! Highly recommend for chronic pain, trauma, dysregulation of all kinds!
